I’m Nidhi, the writer behind Outside In, a newsletter that brings a personal voice to a legion of worldly matters, big and small. 

I write not just to impose my sensibilities upon yours as writers often do, but also as a commitment to an honest public discourse of good ideas. Everything I write here is undeniably connected to my own life—my best source of inspiration. I draw from my own distinct experiences and day-to-day occurrences as I dive deep into topics that dominate the temper of our times. In writing, I give a voice to an immigrant who moved to the United States seven years ago and has never stopped contrasting the peculiarities of the east and the west. I give a voice to a Silicon Valley insider, currently on hiatus, who can not unsee the evolving impact of software consuming the world. I give a voice to a woman, not American born, who doesn’t always hear perspectives of people who look like her, who sound like her, who think like her in digital and mainstream media.
